recommened mechanic in ca

ok finished the swap with everything done including the vtec on my earlier post i was talking about how the axle came out at high speed i took the engine to a mechanic he freken cut my acutl engine mount on the chassi thats why it comes out at high speed it is able to move a quarter inch enough for the axle to pop out, for some reason when i drive my car makes this abnormal screech like its some old car or something i took a closer look and it looks like the transmission is rubbing against the chassi and my friends said i should lower the engine a bit more enough for the tranny to get pass he said i should do it with a spacer and then re weild the mount area any clues on a shop here in ca, long beach that you guys can recommend and a ball park price anyone can figure out? forgot to mention its a civic b16a automatic.
