2000 Civic Si Guage Cluster Malfunctions
I got my aftermarket blue guage cluster. I began the project, but I decided to stop while I was ahead because I really didnt know what I was getting myself into til I had my entire cluster out. Well I went to put everything back together and now my original guages are all wrong. The needles actually don't even work. Can anyone help me fix this problem. It seems to be a popular ordeal, but I havent seen any real detailed explanation.
Thanks for your help

no, theres gotta be a solution or they wouldnt sell this product. I installed it today with all the proper tools, The needles are just a tad off....what I did was actually paced with someone and through 2-way radio read me mph to match it....its a process, but it works.

You are NOT supposed to remove the needles. You can take it to a shop to have it recalibrated, but it will never be the same, if they can do anything for it at all.
The fix is to buy a new one or buy all new sections from honda (theyre not as expensive as you might think).
Again, the real fix is to replace it. Period
