    Installing a Muffler: Underside Question

I am about to buy a Apexi catback N1 system, but here is the question. I have a 97 civic hatch, and the system im buying is for the 92-2000 civic coupe ex. Is the underside or bottom of the car that different from the ex to a hatch underside?

The exhaust is going to be too long. You're gonna have to cut some of the pipe off.
