Default Dent In Rear bumper

I have a 92 civic Si Hatch. My rear bumper has a dent on the top. It doesnt look like one of those dents you would just pop right out. If im not mistaken the bumper is made of Poly Urethane or plastic so that dent is not going to be easy to get out. Is there anyway to get it out?

try heating it up from the inside part of the bumper with a torch and try knocking it out

Take off the bumper, and push it from the inside, it shouldn't be too difficult and should pop right back into shape. As far as the paint, that I don't know how it'd be affected.

Rather than a torch I usually use a hair dryer or heat gun
