Last year I had to replace the main relay due to a hot-weather joint cracking problem. Recently, the car does not want to start. At first I thought it was the fuel pump but after accessing it it works fine. My attention turned to the relay again, which I found tested OK according to the service manual but does not test OK in its proper place in the car. All fuses leading to the relay tested OK. I tried replacing the relay to no avail.

Has anyone heard of a similar problem or have any ideas about resolving it? Thanks.
