simple answer no
complex answer.....ebay chips dont really help they more often hurt because they are not tuned to your specific engine, rather they are gimicked by saying the change things about your engine that dont need to be changed. The VTEC settings in stock form are just fine, the fuel curves are just fine, and usually the shitty chips raise your rev limiter and you end up doing damage because most people think if they can rev that high then they should even though the motor isnt built for it..........in short...save your money

Oh, and Mugen does not make "chips" for ECU's either.
