Another minute of searching with "2001 acura EL broken wheel stud" turns up what you need.
Basically, you have to remove the wheel hub to change the studs.
When the car is on the ground:
-remove the hub cap
-unstake the big bolt holding the hub
-loosen the big bolt holding the hub (might be 24mm, the big one right in the center)
-loosen lug nuts
-put the front of the car on jack stands
-remove lug nuts and wheel
-remove brake caliper (hang it by a bungie)
-remove brake disc
-remove 24mm bolt
-use gear puller to remove the hub
-replace studs
-assembly is reverse
-with car back on ground: torque the 24mm bolt to spec (look it up), stake the 24mm bolt, and torque lugs to spec.
