Which flywheel is superior? Or are these clutch kits even a good purchase?

Which flywheel is superior? Or are these clutch kits even a good purchase?
I have a 98 Civic dx and I need to replace the throw-out bearing, so I figure I may as well do the clutch.
I've read a few reviews and it seems like Exedy makes good quality clutches. However, I've seen mixed reviews on F1 Racing products. My civic is bone stock, so I'm just looking for basic OE parts.
I've been looking on eBay for deals, and these are the two choices I'm considering. My question: Is the F1 Racing flywheel that comes with the one clutch kit going to hold up, or am I better off with the (no-name?) flywheel from the other kit?
Unknown (to me) Brand:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/EXEDY-Clutch-...item231f93f934
F1 Racing Flywheel:

Or are there better deals/products out there? Grace me with your knowledge! Thanks
