Just to add:
A 97+ lude p/s bracket with accord p/s pump and line is another option.
For cat just get universal, anything oem or made to fit will be $$$. I paid $87 shipped for my carsound cat and the install was covered in the swap price since you got to mess with the exhaust anyways welding.
