Could it be a timing issue? It tries to start and then backfires and dies.

Edit: Ok I cleared the ECU code 20 but still will not stay started. I cleaned thw IAC and FITV but still no go. I then pulled the spark plugs and the #2 and #4 plugs are wet with gas. I just installed a new coil and ignitor about 2 months ago so I'm pretty sure neither of them are at fault. Dist cap and rotor maybe? Anybody?
