Yes it has no mufflers... it has a turbo manifold, catalytic converter and two resonators, but no mufflers...prolly the reason why C&D mentioned the exhaust note. Something even more crazy is that sport compact car mag. tested a prototype that was putting down 223HP and 250 lb-ft torque at the wheels(not the crank) thats more than dodge is advertising at the crank....It may be a neon but this car has serious attitude (and power to match) If I had the money I would purchase it jut for the fun factor.
