I 'm with all of them I have also done an OBD II swap and kept the car OBD II the only thing i did a little different is that i used the 96 US ecu and when i got the belts i had to get them about 1inch shorter for both belts and i got them at Napa just take them your old belts and tell them you need them an inch shorter or how every long you need them.
In reguards to the exhaust just cut the header and then drive it to a muffler shop and have them weld it together. Also the combo i used is the prelude header accord flange to bolt to the accord cat and then the accord exhaust.
