Default differences between Si and RSX-S motors?

I was just wondering if someone could explain the differences between the K20 in the Si and the one found in the RSX-S? I know that the most recent RSX-S motor has 13 more hp and something like 4 more lb-ft of torque. Why is this and what can I do to bring my Si closer to those specs?

yeah, I'm sure those are where I'll start. That reflash looks pretty appealing too. h:

The type S has vtec on both cams where as the SI has it only on the intake side, plus the type S has VTC on the exhaust side. The intake and exhaust manis are better also.

the 05/06 RSX-S had 201hp SAE. So it's a whopping 4hp difference between the two.

I read somewhere that they had 210 hp. Unreliable sources FTL. h:

to the wheel both put down almost the same power. both have the same head, only difference is the si has a better intake manifold. same exact lift duration on the cams - including vtec on both intake and exhaust cams; also vct. k20z3 > k20a2 or k20z1

your 210 horsepower source was probably a webpage or article written before the revised horsepower ratings. with the 2004 scale, everything "appeared" to lose some power. it didn't, really. they just changed the rating system.
