How do i remove the emblem?

If it's anything like the '99-00 Si, the grill is sandwiched between the front and rear parts of the emblems. There should only be a few screws holding it together, but unless you've got very flexible and very small arms, you'll need to take the bumper off.

front bumper needs to come off, there are a few screws behind the grill, the rear emblem comes off with a screwdriver, dont take the paint with it.
JDM emblems make the car look like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer; just in time for the holidays!
edit-- i think you mean type-R emblem...

Rear Emblem-
Don't use a screw driver, you will scratch the paint. Heat up the emblem with a blow dryer for a few minutes, then use fishing wire or string to get under the adhesive to pry it off. For any leftover adhesive you can easily remove it with Bug and Tar Remover.
